2009 1099 Information

Federal Form 1099R tax documents for 2009 have been mailed to retirees and beneficiaries. If you have not received your Form 1099R by February 9th, 2010 , please contact LASERS and we will re-send it. Retirees can also download a copy of their 2009 Form 1099R now from Retiree Self Service.
